From the one way system in the centre of East Grinstead take the A264 (Moat Road) to Tunbridge Wells. When in Moat Road, turn into the third road on the right (Cranston Road) to find Cranston House. If you miss the right turn you will arrive at a roundabout. |

Arrivals reception opens at 2.00 p.m. and closes at 10.00 p.m. Changes to these times can be made by prior arrangement. On day of departure rooms need to be released by 10.00 a.m. Payment: On departure payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash or cheque with supporting card.
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before 4 pm on day of arrival no charge is levied. Within 48 hours, full room price is charged if the room cannot subsequently be relet. Full room price is charged on failure to arrive without prior warning
All rooms are Double, Twin or Triple Size. Unfortunately we do not take children under 9 years old. Breakfast is served from 7.00 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. on Monday to Friday and from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
